New in 2024, with an induction hob. Cook properly, then carry it out to the courtyard.

Out on the level garden beside the courtyard, with the hills behind it in every direction.
Three kilometres to the village, twenty-five to the coast
Far enough out for the quiet, close enough that everything ordinary is a short drive. The Adriatic in one direction, the Apennine ski slopes in the other.
